Obverse: Declaration of Independence of the Philippines from the Spaniards that took place in Kawit, Cavite on 12 June 1898, and the logo of the 125th Anniversary of Philippine Independence and Nationhood, as well as octagonal border that represents the eight provinces of the Philippines fighting for independence: Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Laguna, Tarlac and Batangas.
Reverse: 125th Anniversary of Philippine Independence and Nationhood, with arched texts of Lupang Hinirang, and the BSP logo on the centre as well as octagonal border that represents the eight provinces of the Philippines fighting for independence: Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Laguna, Tarlac and Batangas.
