Obverse: Big crowned king's monogram partially inside a beaded circle. Outside, in legend, is the value in letters with date at end.
Reverse: Crowned flat-topped shield with arms of Denmark (wider than Km# 194,1) partially inside a beaded circle. Cross with short forked-ended arms behind shield. Outside the circle is the King's motto. Mintmark, if present, can be at left of crown.
